The Humagen Corporation is engaged in the application of advanced biotechnical methodologies to a wide variety of genetic research and engineering activity.  In particular, the company has aligned substantial portions of its work with fields in which new developments may be specifically applicable to advances in human genetic research and engineering.

The Humagen Corporation is a privately held Minnesota business corporation organized on June 13, 1983 under the provisions of Minnesota State Statutes, Chapter 302A.
